Jennifer H. Robins, Ph.D., is the Director of the Center for Community Learning and Enrichment and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at Baylor University. She received her doctorate in educational psychology with an emphasis in gifted education from Baylor University. Previously, she taught gifted elementary students in Waco ISD; worked as senior editor at Prufrock Press, focusing on the development of scholarly materials; and was the Director of Publications and Professional Development at the Center for Gifted Education at William & Mary. Her textbook, Introduction to Gifted Education, which was coedited with Dr. Julia Roberts and Dr. Tracy Ford Inman, won the 2018 Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented Legacy Book Award in the scholar category. She has served as secretary and treasurer of The Association for the Gifted, Council for Exceptional Children. She is coeditor with Dr. Jennifer L. Jolly of the Journal for the Education of the Gifted. Her areas of interest include the history of gifted education and underrepresented populations.
