Jennifer Robins, Ph.D., is the Director of Publications and Professional Development at the Center for Gifted Education at the College of William and Mary and an assistant clinical professor. She received her doctorate in educational psychology with an emphasis in gifted education from Baylor University. Prior to receiving her doctorate, she spent four years teaching elementary gifted and talented students in Waco, TX. Most recently, she was senior editor at Prufrock Press Inc., focusing on the development of scholarly materials, including gifted education textbooks and professional development books, as well as classroom materials for teachers of gifted and advanced students. Her areas of interest include the history of gifted education and underrepresented populations.
